The Annual Private Membership is designed for frequent travellers who want continuity, informed advice and one dedicated point of contact throughout the year.
Over time, we develop a detailed understanding of each member’s preferences, travel patterns and standards: from favourite hotels and room categories to dining, pace, transportation and occasions that matter. Every new request begins with knowledge already in place.
Members receive ongoing support across personal travel, hotels and private homes, transportation, dining, international access and major annual events. The membership is dedicated specifically to the travel, access and lifestyle requirements connected to each member.
Direct lineMembers communicate directly with The Solutionist by phone, email and WhatsApp.
Beyond business hoursDuring confirmed travel, time-sensitive issues are supported beyond standard business hours when required.
By consultationMembership is offered following an initial consultation and is limited to a considered number of private clients.
