Every experience begins with understanding the client.
The Solutionist is a founder-led international agency creating private travel, celebrations and business experiences across Europe and beyond.
Before recommending a destination or shaping a programme, we take the time to understand how a client wants to travel, what an occasion requires or what a company wants to achieve. From there, we bring together the places, people and partners best suited to the request and oversee every stage of delivery.
Each engagement is shaped individually, with recommendations selected for their relevance rather than from a fixed inventory.

Lionel Luel.
A lifelong connection to travel, supported by more than a decade of professional experience.
Lionel’s understanding of travel began through years spent discovering destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. That early curiosity later became his profession, supported by studies in London and New York and by experience managing private clients at Quintessentially New York.
He founded The Solutionist in London in 2019 and remains personally involved in every engagement, from the first conversation through to final approval.
